First, I need to get to know your business and what your goals are. After a call with me, and if you’re ready to get started, we can start onboarding. I know your busy, so my onboarding process is easy. I will guide you through the steps via a video to get things connected.

Ad Set-up

You get unlimited campaign and ad creation within the month. After we have discussed details of the ad and it is ready to launch, we will always have your review it before it is published.

Lead follow-up

In my premium package, I include initial lead follow-up. Meaning that when someone signs up for your offer on a lead generation or conversion ad, I will have an automation set to reach them via email/text right away for you so that no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Rapid testing

We will be testing and optimizing your ads to get the best performance possible. This includes testing images/video, copy, headlines, and more. Being able to test these parts of the ads with our rapid testing methods will help you get better results faster!

When should I start advertising?

Every business is different depending on their situation. Daily/Monthly Ad Spend also varies between industries. Generally, business should allocate between 5% and 10% of their total revenue towards advertising, with the exact amount depending on factors like industry, business size, and growth goals; however, startups or businesses aiming for rapid growth might need to spend closer to 20% of their revenue on advertising.

What Ad package should I get?

I like to recommend using Traffic Ads year-round to increase your website visibility. Imagine this as signage on your storefront that needs to be up all year for people to know you exist.

At certain times throughout the year when you have a special offer, I recommend running Lead Generation Ads to promote your offer that people can sign up for. This will help grow your email/sms list and bring in more customers. When running Lead Generation Ads or Conversion Ads, it is still recommended to run Traffic Ads which is included in that Premium tier.

If you have a larger budget, you can run Lead Generation/Conversion ads (including Traffic ads) year-round to attract new customers.

Do I have to purchase a website domain or email domain separately?

Yes! But, don't worry, it is not hard to do so. We usually recommend Squarespace for your website domain, but you can search for others if you'd like. For an email domain Google Workspace is our recommendation. *we are in no way affiliated with either of these recommendations.

Is Ad spend covered in these packages?

No, Ad Spend is not covered in our Monthly Management fee. Your Ad spend will be directly billed by Meta.

How long do Ads take to test and optimize?

There are many factors that go into ad testing. Some of those factors include your offer, your audience, your ad spend, and much more. Speaking very generally, it can take about 3+ months to test an ad campaign. This doesn't mean that the ads won't be effective - you will still be getting visibility and results!

How do we see results?

Great question! I will provide either weekly or bi-weekly and monthly reports for you. In these reports I will dive into all the important stats, comparison to previous months, if something needs changing and what we are going to do to improve!

And, pairing these ads with the Permanent Jewelry Business Essentials software is perfect for seeing these results all the way through someone showing interest in your business to becoming a loyal customer.
