BASIC: This package is great for businesses that are just getting started and don't have any of these features. You should have time to set-up the features that you want to use. There are a LOT of features, so don't be overwhelmed with trying to set them up all at once. You will have lifetime access to our free course to help you understand and navigate the software so that you can set up features as you need them!
HEAD START: This package is also great for businesses getting started. However, you may not have time to set up some initial features and would like them set up for you. We will connect your email and website domain (create a subdomain) to be able to build out what you need in regards to a website/webpage/funnel, chatbot for your website, a review section for your website, and an email review request automation.
PREMIUM: This package is for businesses that may already have a website built and a dedicated email for their business, and now you need to add SMS marketing.
If there is something that catches your eye that you'd like to have set up for you that is not included in your package, please let us know when filling out our form.
No, the Email and SMS usage is included in your monthly subscription! This way you don't have to worry about having a different charge each month. However, if you go over your usage allotment in your package (which varies per package), we will let you know and bill you what you do go over at our cost. This usually happens when your customer list grows - which is great! But, we are very transparent with costs and want it to be as simple as possible for you.

Yes! But, don't worry, it is not hard to do so. We usually recommend Squarespace for your website domain, but you can search for others if you'd like. For an email domain Google Workspace is our recommendation. *we are in no way affiliated with either of these recommendations.
Yes. You must use a separate number that must be purchased and verified. This purchase of your marketing number and cost of the verification process is included in your initial fee. The monthly cost of the number and the use of SMS is covered in the monthly fee. If you go over the monthly threshold, you will be billed separately for that cost.
You can use only Email to ask for reviews, and do not have to have SMS set up. However, using both email and SMS is ideal!
Not at this time. We really love this software because once you are set up with the features you need, everything is connected to be able to follow the customer journey! This makes the process seamless and easy for the business and for the lead/customer. However, we are working on being able to integrate other softwares with this software.
